Gordian is a gene therapy company developing therapeutics for diseases of aging. Our discovery platform allows us to simultaneously screen thousands of therapeutics in a single animal model of disease. This lets us validate the therapeutic efficacy of thousands of targets, in the most realistic disease environment, all from the beginning of discovery. We can thus focus therapeutic development on the best, novel targets for these complex diseases.

We are based in San Francisco, and are looking for exceptional research associates to help keep the core engine of the company running (job listing). They will work closely with the Gordian team and manage core components of our molecular biology and/or animal workflows, depending on their area of experience. They should have some prior experience in 2 or more of the following: NGS library preparation, plasmid cloning and production, cell culture, and mouse colony maintenance and experimentation.
